ANNOUNCEMENT – We’re Making Some Changes ‘Round Here!

We’re all about change and progress, especially in the era of #resistance. So in the spirit of constantly moving forward and providing the best content for our amazing readership (you!), we’re making some changes around here.

Over the past few years we have been working hard to source the most empowering and inspiring female-driven stories, as well as feature some badass women, girls and female-identifying people who are changing the world. We’ve been the go-to platform for women who have contributed their stories, words and perspectives on a range of topics that are important to us.

In 2018 we want to narrow our focus to ensure we only publish the best content that aligns with our passion to inspire and empower people everywhere. Because of this, we will be making some changes to our publish schedule, which coincides with some of our personnel changes.

From early March onward, we will continue to feature contributed articles from badass guest writers, from our various ongoing series, interview incredible women whose work deserves to be celebrated, and promote campaigns and projects we feel are important to our ongoing mission of female empowerment.

This means we won’t necessarily be publishing multiple articles on a daily basis anymore, Monday to Friday. We are still working out the finer details in terms of frequency of articles, but we are potentially looking at posting content a few times a week. You may also see some changes on the homepage with our categories and article sections.

We feel it is important to keep evolving and improving our brand mission, so for us this means less articles each week, but more quality content that will impact our audience and expand our reach.

The ongoing support from our loyal readership is what keeps us motivated every day, and the badass feminism we see happening around the world is the fuel for our fire. We look forward to shaping our content calendar for 2018 and beyond for you all.

As always, we love hearing from you so if you have an idea, question, perspective or story you want us to know about or feature, get in touch via our Contact Page.

There has never been a more important time in our world as women and minorities to speak loud, take a stand and make ourselves heard for the sake of inclusivity. We can only hope our small corner of the world wide web can make a difference in the lives of those who pass through our platform. Although there is so much division and negativity in the world, nevertheless we shall persist!
